My consignment # Z86789176 was dispatched from Delhi for Delhi on 15th April
and it is still in transit mode. I called up Delhi customer care on 17th to
ask where my packet is and they were not even in position to tell me the
same. They gave me complaint # 139340 and said that they will call in 30 min
to tell me the location of the packet. when I didn't received any call from
them I again called after 1 hr and they said it will take another 30 min to
find out the same. Again i didn't received any call from them.

Then i called HO and spoken with Ms Marina who said that she will call me
back in 1 hr time. I didn't rec. any call from her too. The packet was very
important to me and i didn't rec the same on Friday (17th).

Still today when I reached office thinking that by now my packet would have
reached to my surprise packet is yet not delivered. Internet tracking is not
giving any clear idea and regional office phone is as usual busy/ i am
coordinating with HO over the mail and phone continually but no firm answer
where the packet is or any other details are with me yet. One officer is
giving task to other and then nothing is happening.

I have booked courier on 1st june 2010 from one of DTDC agency office Shree Balaji Enterprises at vile parle (east), Mumbai., vide AWB No: M53451526 Dated 01/06/2010. It was containg some original papers which were supposed to get delivered either on 2nd evening or latest by 3rd morning. and the destination of delivery is mulund (east) Mumbai. Both the suburbs are with in the Municipal limit of Mumbai.

After chasing channel partner Mr. Satish Gupta for several times on 3rd june and even on 4th june morning, he has not shown little courtesy towards the customer to call back and give proper feedback. I have made complaint on your website feed back form and my complaint no is FDB0043122, I want some kind of feedback and explanation on this delayed or non delivery, and if courier is not delivered I want my courier back.

This kind of attitude is very shameful for the company like yours, maintaining customer relationship is difficult and loosing one is very easy. I will never ever deal with DTDC in future, since I have not seen such an irresponsible and non committed company.

Like others I am also a victim of DTDC's inefficiency and 'do not care' attitude. I wish i had known earlier.

On 5th. August I sent Rakhi to my Brother in Jaipur vide docket no. Z32919928. The envelop contained a special Rakhi, 1 Lubna and 2 simple Rakhis along withgRoli-Chawal in beautiful packing ..all taken fron an Ethnic boutique and Archies Gallery. There was a Rakhi Card also from Archies. The entire lot was costing nearly Rs. 250.00.

I tracked the courier on 9th. Aug and found that the same had reached Jaipur Office on 8th. Aug. When I called up their Jaipur Office I was assured the same will be delivered next day. However when courier had still not reached by 10th. Aug. I called up their Office again on 11th. Morning and informed a lady there of the urgency in having the courier delivered by 11th. afternoon as my brother was going to Mumbai that evening. I tried to contact them from 2 pm onwards as the courier had not been delivered. But I found thier Phone continuously relaying the message.."Phone is busy, please dial after sometime." Even their Local Office in Lucknow thru' whom the courier was sent could not contact them for this reason. The Parcel was not delivered and the same evening my brother left home without rakhi!! I had no alternative then but to book thru' Flora India EXPRESS Delivery a Rakhi alongwith Cake and Mithai (which was compulsory for sending Rakhi) for Mumbai where my brother had gone to a relative's house.

I had to spend Rs. 1170/- extra and undergo so much Mental stress during Aug 10-11 and still do not have the satisfaction of having my brother wear a Rakhi of my choice purchased with so much care and affection all because of indifferent attitude and inefficiency of DTDC Courier. Can any one help me in Punishing these guys and the people responsible ! Somebody should teach them a lesson!!!

My shipment B74613917 to Gurgaon-122002 dispatched on 18th Aug, 2011 has not reached destination in 3 weeks!!!

Last reported status was "Out for delivery via Manifest # 85400" on Aug 22nd.

I had to pay 70/- for this kind of service for a regular parcel dispatch. The Indian Government Postal Services would have done a far better job at the normal delivery.

I called them up, emailed them, pleaded, reprimaned. No positive response at all.

This is worst service. And I will definitely not recommend DTDC to anyone.
