we have send one parcel to oswal woolen mills ltd. unit-5 on dated 08/12/2010. through your courier L R NO. 215776804. But this parcel is not recived by the party. When we complain regarding this to your local office they unable to give us POD for the same. they just provided photocopy of running sheet with no initial or recieving on it.

We then make complain to your ludhiana and jaipur GM. They send person to party office but they unable to give them any proof of delivery.

Now status is parcel is lost. We are your regular customer for since last two years. this is first time when above is happen. so please check this matter.

I would like to bring into ur notice that my aunti send a parcel to me on 23/07/11 , consignment number 247082137 which was to be delivered by 25/07/11 but today is 30/07/11 and still the parcel hasn't been delivered to me in Delhi .

Customer care doest respond neither the branch manager, i had word with azadpur hub but of no use .

I would like the concern athourties to take strict action for harassing the people.Even the indian postal service would have deliver the parcel by now, then whats the need for providing the courier service.\

Sir, This is to inform you that i have not receieved my PAN Card yet, which was sent by NSDL through EXPRESSIT courier via #20051210583
. After some days when i Tracked my courier on their website it showed status as "INCOMPLETE ADDRESS".After that i tried to contact them contnously but no response , but they dont attend any phone calls, then i tried to contact through their Customer Care Centre which remaind busy whenever i called, after then i tried to contact them through their email in which i told them to please send my PAN card to my Correct Address, but no reply is being given by them.


Please help me I want my PAN Card on the following Address : WZ 172 PLOT NO 157 RAVI NAGAR, NEAR CHAND NAGAR NEW DELHI 110018.PLAESE NOTE THAT IN PREVIOUS ADDRESS NEAR TILAK NAGAR WAS MENTIONED IN PLACE OF NEAR CHAND NAGAR.

I had sent a material from kolkata from hyderabad via Trackon Couriers on 15 oct 2010 and I was told that it would be delivered within 2 days of time. (Courier No.256635902)
But it didnt happen and I reported the same with the office from where I sent the courier. They told me that they would look into the matter and get it done.

Since then i have been contacting the vendor in hyderabad where the courier has to be delivered. The phone keeps ringing. Sometimes they took calls and when I try to explain my problem they just disconnect the call. Finally They are damn irresponsible, non-cooperative and arrogant. till dated my vendor not get the material

I feel very harrased and cheated. Please help me.

Considering the so many complaints against Trackon Courier services, I appeal the authorities to please take strict action against those people involved in harassing the innocent consumers.

I am Vikas Agarwal from Pune. I received a Parcel from Chandigarh (booked by my mother-in-law from Chandigarh) in Pune on 21/10/11.
AWB no: 244369588
It was around 15kg parcel and supposed to conatin clothes of my baby boy (1 year old), some sweets packets, some dry fruits, some more edible things, an expensive Diwali Gift pack. Some more household things etc...
However, the parcel, I received, was in torn condition and on opening found that most of the articles were missing. The gift pack was stolen, clothes of my baby were stoles, even the sweets packet were taken away. There were some "mathri" packets too, but the Trackon thieves ate those mathris and just left a torn out wraper in the carton. It seems that they have all the time to do the robbery.
The Parcel was kept in Fatimanagar, Pune office for two nights and no one can explain that. I suspect Fatimanagar staff behind this steal. No one form Pune office is willing to launch the investigation for the steal. It seems all the staff are hand-in-glove in this operation. I did talked to the Pune head of Trackon Mr. Kiran (9011083877). But he was too rude and blankly refused to launch any internal investigation. Contacted to Fatimanagar branch Mr. Satish (9689944033) and they were even ruder and refused to talk. All the time they keep on blaming us why the the content of the parcel was not mentioned before and only Chandigarh office can investigate in the matter. I want my things back and not the compensation. There were some sentiments attached with the goods sent by my moter-in-law for the kids. But Trackon has no concern for the sentiments of the people. I suffered a total monetory loss of Rs. 25000/-. Not to mention any intangible losses.
