My fiancée (Ms. Pinky) sent a gift thru Citi Commerece Courier against their docket no 2786 dated 10th February 2010 to me (Ashok Sharma, Gurgaon, Haryana). The packet was packed in front of her at the courier office in Kolkata by courier guys it contains one Pocket Purse(Men’s), 5 shirts, one Pent, Three teddy bears and one Rose. But when it delivered it at My(Ashok) home in Gurgaon on 13th Feb. 2010 in evening 5.30 Pm. When I have opened it I found only two teddy bears, three Shirts, one Pent and one rose. At the same time I have called up to Ms. Pinky and I confirmed and told it to her and she called to Mr. Manu (Citi Commerece courier) and complaint about it. He told I will resolve it on Monday. He called me and asked me I have share all these things with him. But now he told me that you should pick all these thing and visit to our Delhi office and meet to Manager.

I have spoken with Mr. Kalyan he said I have delivered the material I have signed proof of delivery. I don’t know about your matter.
