I'm supposed to received a package sent from ICICI bank,MUMBAI which was handed over to Sigma courier and I got the confirmation from the ICICI bank that it has been dispatched to my address on 05.07.2012.the tracking number is LT594419874 . I followed with the Sigma courier people and I did not get the good reply always they take my number and say our people will cal you back, sometime they keep my call on hold.since from last 4 to 5 day i m daily trying to contact them but no response. Is this the way the courier services work.As per my knowledge even normal post will reach in 3 days time to destination. As I needed the package sent by ICICI immediately it is causing unnecessary tensions and need to follow-up with them for the status

my consignment no. 6260414952 is not delivered so far,though it has reached to Raipur on 14-07-2012. I have made several telephonic reminders to your call center ( phone no. 02233003300) .
please get the said consignment delivered as early as possible.

I had couriered certain important documents via DTDC, Mumbai (Andheri west, branch) to Patna on August 4, 2012. The parcel was bearing no. E70544883. I was committed by the concerned person taking my courier that by 12.00 P.M on August 6, 2012 my courier would reach, but it did not. And on calling them for inquiry with respect to the same, there is no response shown and moreso the tracker available on their website does not show any detail for the same. The documents being very very important, I am feeling helpless and do not know what to do?

This complaint is regarding a courier that I sent through DTDC to a Anuppur in MP from the Sector-12 Branch.

I sent a 9 KG package which contained all books to my brother who is preparing for his IAS Examination. The examination is in the next 20 days now during which he would need to study from the notes that I sent him.

I sent this courier on September the 3rd and the courier has not reached yet. I was charged 1300 Ruppes to send this courier and was promised that this will be delivered in the next 3 working days. The package has not reached my brother yet.

I am totally frustrated with this attitude. They keep giving me round around but are not seriously working on delivering the books.

As per RTI: I request to know the reason the why was courier not delivered as promised.

I also want to know if there is a lawyer I can hire to sue DTDC for the misconduct of services and the irresponsibility with which the whole situation was dealt with.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that every1 in india loosing hope on ICIC bank inspite of thet i had a ccount for the last 4 years. I requested for a new debit card and the bank sent it through Team United Courier which is the worst courier service in India. i didnt understand why icici bank had choosen such a bad courier whose customer support also doesnt answer the query. Thay drooped the phone around 20 times in a continuation call. Please dont open accounts in ICICi bank and maske them understand that to be at no1 they need to do there best. Please take a action agains Team United courier as because for that i am not able to outside india on 16/09/2012. Please dont support such third class courier with such a good brand name.

My Name is Nitin,

I had wooden Temple made in India, very well packed in the metal box and my father used Prayosha International courier service to parcel it to Australia. Prayosha International used Astha as Middlemen and they sent the parcel with TNT the real international team. But when i received the consignment, to my shock it was packed in a cardboard box and most of it came in a damaged condition.

I tried to get it compensated for the damage but neither TNT, Prayosha International nor Astha International courier are ready to assist me and they are blaming each other for the damage and change of the box.

May someone in India please help me to get this matter resolved or give me the details who to complain to in India.

hi, i ordered a casio calcultaror worth Rs370 from i ebay seller on 13th sept. he shipped
the product on 14th throught overnite express AWB no. 7056807973 courier is deleivered
to wrong person with wrong address on 18th sept. i asked the seller to resolve the issue
he mail me receiving recipt from overnite express which is shocking bcoz it's signed by
deepak which is unknown and his contact no. was there i called him he's saying he has not
received a courier from overntie express now seller has got the money ebay is saying case
has been closed bcoz seller has got the receiving receipt which is not signed by any of my
family member ,
i called the overnite company but no one is picking the call
please can anyone help its a big fraud out there not gonna trust them anymore

I am used first flight courier at first & last time, its very funny to said that its named is first flight but its so late flight. I am not received my courier after 4 days. so, my order was cancelled, what i do now. i never used it.

Sir, my consigner no. is BD1309926 and sent courier to mohali on 20.12.2012. i had to send a medicine for a 5 month old boy who is in hospital and is on ventilator.the person concerned from Balaji Courier and Cargo gave me assurance that parcel shall reach till Saturday .but now when i contacted him ,he is saying very lightly that it may reach on Monday and saying that nothing is gauranteed.please look into the matter.

This is in regards to Non delivery of a courier by the DTDC. The consignment number Z78713682 which was sent from lucknow on 2nd of January reached at Bangalore Location on 7th of january 2013 . I got a call from their Madiwala(Bangalore branch) on 7th asking for my exact flat Location, which i informed them about.

From past 2 Days I was waiting for their response then I got a mail on 9th january 2013 from their Customer service in response to the mail that i dropped to them about late delivery that the Courier has been delivered. I was amazed to see that. Today 12 January i again got a call at 2.40 PM from their Madiwala Branch asking for my flat location about courier, i was really upset for their service and asked for their Manager number which they refused to give.

I called their customer care number at 080 - 3300 4444 from where i got their Branch Manager Mr Mohan's number 8861486359, which again was coming busy.Again when i tried calling the back at customer care number no body picked my call being on hold till 15 mins.

I am really upset about their service as they have cost me financial and as well as emotional damage, so i want to register an official complain against them and also want to drag them to the court.
