Dear Sir,

I had send a courier parcel form Bangalore to Machilipatnam(AP). While giving it to the booking boy in
bangaloer he told its safe it contains of 3 sodexo coupon books and bank letter. It reached Machilipatnam office with missig items. Machilipatnam DTDC people told they recieved it with 65 grms and seems like some
patches in the cover. It means clearly seeming that some body in DTDC had taken the packet before they submiting it in Bangalore DTDC office, becaues the 3books weights more than 100 grms.

Can you suggest what needs to be done to claim this. I had approached DTDC customer care and they
are saying submit a letter and not even speaking fine.

I am very unhappy with this and these DTDC people directly collecting the parcles from my office. There are
so many incidents like this but no body is complaining about those. Kindly suggest what need to done to claim these so that etlist courier services comes to know and it wont get repeate in future.
