My brother sent a letter from Jabalpur(M.P.) via Madhur Courier docket no C NO:- 18742810 on 14-12-2009 to Pune. Till today we didn’t received the same.

After investigating from Madhur courier Jabalpur, we found letter was dispatched on 15-12-2009 from Jabalpur
On 16-12-2009 it reached at Mumbai
On 17-12-2009 it reached Pune

From 17-12-2009 to till date they didn’t dispatch it………

From last 6 days they are telling today definitely you will get the letter but still we didn’t get the same.
On Saturday they told me that they don’t have service to our location so please come a collect the same from our office.
After so many arguments now they are not picking our phone….

We are fed up with this from last 6 days we continue called them and due to there commitment we are not able to go anywhere because we thought any time they might be come.

They are not at all professionals, They don’t realized about the importance of a courier ( Letter)

Please take a strong action against these people. I don’t know when I will get my letter.
