I have booked my parcel on dated 07 Nov, 09 to Mahuwa, Bhabhanagar Gujarat with Blaze flash courier limited. They took my shipment & confirmed me it will be delivered in next 2-3 days but as of now it has not been delivered. When I talked to Blaze flash courier & they said, they can't deliver my parcel because they don't have service available for this location. If service was not available for this location then they should not book the parcel. After this I asked them to return it but I am not getting any satisfactory answer from them. They always say it will be return to you in 2-3 days. I talked to Ms. Ritu (011-23593301) blaze flash courier person. She always says I will get back to you in few minutes but I never received her call.
I am very much disappointed with Blaze flash courier. Due to this, I can't sleep well. It gave me mentally harassment. It was very important parcel which can't not be delivered on time.

Dear Sir,

I have booked my parcel on dated 03 Dec, 09 to Vikaspuri, New Delhi with Blaze flash courier limited from Ludhiana, Punjab. They took my shipment & confirmed me it will be delivered in next 3 days but as of now it has not been delivered. When I talked to Blaze flash courier they said, they had delivered my parcel to the Security Guard of the building instead of the concerned person. Further i again reconfirm about the deliver but it has not yet delivered to my persons as mentioned . even i asked them to reconfirm it but I am not getting any satisfactory answer. I talked to 011-28533055 & 09868368090 blaze flash courier person. the always says they will get back to me I never received any of their confirmation till yet. I only want to know why they delivered the courier to any unauthorized person.

I am very much disappointed with Blaze flash courier. Due to this, I can't sleep well. It gave me too much mentally harassment. It was very important parcel of my Companies expenses & a copy of CD worth 35000 INR (Total) which is misplaced by the courier persons or have delivered in the wrong hands, even i am not having any xerox or copies of the bills and the CD which was there with a very important Data.
