Hello,
I sent a phone through blue dart Apex Service which is for mobile phones,costing about rs.20,000 for srinagar. It charged me rs.2260.
Now that it reached my sister,and she opened the box,everything other than my phone was present. My phone cost me a lot and also was a gift.
I didnt expect this from a reputed company like blue dart.
I want a repayment of what is lost. They can pay me back but can it be replaced by what I lost.
Nobody seems interested in helping.And Im really fed up.
I need to know how do I go about the process of getting what I have lost?
