I have couriered some of my important documents and a parcel from delhi to rourkela ( orrisa) on 31st of October through blazeflash courier from one agency New Pooja Intl. ( Delhi). My Pod no. were 209280784 , 209280785 . I have been told from agency guy Dhananjay that it will be delivered by 4th of November . One courier ( Parcel ) was received by the consignee on 7 th of Nov . But one another courier whose Pod no. was 209280784 has not been delivered uptill now containing some of my important original documents .

After doing all the follow ups from the agency guy to the customer service support I am not getting any proper response . I have launched 2 complaints whose no. are 2 and 57 . I spoke to one of customer service executive who told me that this courier is been delivered in bangalore which is also showing on the website's consignment tracker whereas the agency guy Dhananjay is telling me that both of the courier is been delivered and you are telling lie . I even spoke to a lady named Ms Lina Rai who is head in delhi in CSD department delhi office and have mailed my complaint to the cmd of the company Mr. S D aggarwal but all in vain .
