I would like to know the procedure - how to log complaint in consumer forum.

I am getting frustrated with Madhur courier services. They are not delivering parcel to me which has been dispatched around 10 days ago from Betul to Pune. They did confirm that they received parcel on 24th Nov. in Pune. And since then we are calling then 4-5 time in a day and every time they are giving us a new reason.

I did not receive my parcel back yet.

I need to understand what rights we have as a customer and what I can do legally against this courier service.
