This is to bring to your kind notice that some important papers were sent by
Vijaya Bank, Sector 17, Chandigarh at my address at H.No. 593, Sector 12,
Panchkula vide speedpost article receipt noted in the subject. After great
pursuation with the bank at their Head Office at Bangalore, I could manage to get
photocopy of the speedpost receipt vide which the artcile was sent to me. I tried
to approach the Manager, National Speedpost Centre, GPO, Sector 17, Chandigarh,
They informed me that delivery status is told only within one month from the date
of receipt of artcile/letter. I replied them that I am addressee in this case and
I came to know in the month of August-September, 09. I even could manage to get
photo copy of the receipt issued by the National Speedpost Centre in last week of
Sept.,09 They are not receiving my letters/request. They have straighaway refused
to receive my letter.

Kindly help me in telling me the status of delivery of the above artcile.
