i m ankit gupta from delhi. The RTO of RAJA GARDEN DELHI. they despatched my drving
licence through DTDC courier service on 24 sep 2009 but till time i didnt receive my
courier till time they are delaying my courier day by day and i m talk to all
seniour persons but thy are not responding well now u authority tel me what should i
do

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Applied a pan card for my official Use.But it is being delaay from dartmail courier services.Nobody is reply overthere and they are not providinng me esclation matrix also.There was Fouzia she was very Rood with me.i need my pan card on urgent basis and they have my courier from 4 days they are not repling me.

I have handed over one courier to SPSC Courier service but they had not delivered my imoportant documents till 8 days

Kind attention to this horrible courier service.The promise made to me by this courier service that my documents very urgent would reached within two days has not reach even today.I sent my documents on 15th of september2010 to nagaland from Delhi through Ample Express Pvt.Ltd.Delhi Branch with confirmation from them that it will reach latest by 17/9/2010.Consignment no-*000109776,.They even took extra charges with empty promise that they would return if doc not reach in time.when enquired for my doc back home it was never received even today i.e 23/9/2010.when i call up for inquiry they never pick up the phone.No information from them even today.I finally found out that they dont even have any outlet/office there in dimapur,nagaland.I wonder if my documents was ever send from here or not.I am worried and I want my documents back.To add to my grief without the documents,because of Ample i miss the chanches to sumit my application for recruitment in govt.office.
I will be most happy to see the name of Ample service pvt.ltd.completely erased/cancelled from the list of registration.

I have placed an order with E-bay to buy a Genpure Ultima Water purifier. The supplier booked the parcel through XPS courier service. The courier misplaced the main unit and supplied the accessories. I have made a complaint for the repayment. They says that they will pay only 50% of the total value excluding the Taxes and Fright charges.

Kindly advise in this regard.

my pan card was send from mumbai on 11-05-2011vide acknowledgment number;021790200208103 by express it worldwide logistics ltd vide document number 20020919881 the same was not sent to my address till 25-05-2011, so when i call nsdl person (pan card agency) they said the card is with the courier person and they have given me mumbai telephone number of the courier agency which is 022 39539500, when i call this person the said that they will see the card is been sent to my residence but the same was not been done, so i call the mumbai person again on 28-05-2011 the said the will sent the same to me today itself,
when the same was not received by me i called again to mumbai today,there are saying that my card is returned to pan card agency on 30-05-2011.

So now i want to book a complaint on courier agency not performing his duties properly and at the same time holding some ones document for a period of 20 days with them. So, dear sir i request you to take the action against this people as soon as possible.
