Sir we send the M.o. to my grandfather in pilibhit,UP. we write the
correct name on the M.O. form but the money order was returned to us in
Nagpur & the reason that Postal Dept. said "the payee name was
incorrect" then we check our hand written M.O. form in Nagpur V-sat
Centre the name of payee that was written by us was correct.
sir i pay rs. 125 commission for these M.O.
sir from last 7 months i went lots of time to Nagpur G.P.O. for the
same reason but they cannot take any action against the my application.
now sir i want to file a case against Postal Dept.

It seems that you lost precious money and time due to ill handling of your MO
by DoP Nagpur GPO.

Please meet

1) V Sat Chief at GPO Nagpur and describe your grievance and ask specific
redressal that you need. For this you may need to write complaint in writing.

2) MEET - PRO Gpo Nagpur and hand over copy of complaint.

3) Meet post master general.

You are suggested to meet this officers in writing only and take proper
acknowledgement to that effect.

Last week only I was at GPO Nagpur and although my work at GPO was not fully
done, I have tried to streamline with documents I had.

If this also dont work you can surely file complaint with consumer fora but
about documents will help you. A word of caution- Do not hand over original
receipt to anyone.

Plz suggest me what to do ? If a money order can't not either received and not
also turned back. By tthe post officers. How to persue in court . How can i take
my money back.
