I was in urgent need of getting PAN card for my newly incorporated company. I sent my document to the dept using Blazeflash courrier from jaiour. My consignment no is 296904353. As the pAN dept said they have not received the document till 3/10/09. I checked the consignment status on their site. The status showed out for delivery on 2/10/09. I contact the CMD MR Agrawal through mail. Got a mail asking the consignee address after more than a day. Replied back and have not recieved any response from his side even after sending repeated mails. I have faxed a notice regarding me going to consumer court but they are not scared. No one has bothered to reply back to my mail, fax or even correct the mistake. Even today the satus of consignement on their website is same, I am having all the document proofs and am planning to claim in court as i have missed an important contract causing me financial loss.
