I have sent a courier through Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd., AWB No. - 427760063, on 29th Aug 2012 from Pune to Chandigarh.
Now today is 10th Sep 2012 and the consignment has not reached its destination and after repeated calls to their customer support, they are just saying that they are tracking the same.
Kindly guide me on how to claim for the same. The content of consignment was cloths wroth Rs. 2000.

My sister sent me rakhi from Varanasi to Bangalore on July 28th through Ondot couriers & cargo ltd. They claim very high of rakhi special services and etc which is all nonsense. They did not deliver till Aug 1st 9pm. I called company's local rep. Mr. Sanjay at 97383-66343 at 6.15pm, who says he has not received any courier with docekt#117422984 to be delivered in prestige shantiniketan, mahadevpura, bangalore-48. After my insistence, he promised to call me in 30min after checking in his office. No call received from him. I called him again at 7.15pm. He acknowledged receiving the packet but now he says they don't offer courier services to Mahadevpura area in Bangalore. I asked him, then why your company booked the courier from Varanasi. Didn't you folks see the pin code number on address while booking. He was in complete denial mode. I called back to his Varanasi office and spoke to mr. Gurmeet at 8400006969. Gurmeet promised to help me by getting delivery of my packet at my home before tonight because tomorrow is rakhi.Gurmeet spoke to sanjay, then gurmeet called me back. According to Gurmeet, Mahadevura, psn is 16-17 km from his office which is out of Bangalore hence he will not deliver told by sanjay. This is all rubbish & utter lie. His KR Puram office is just 6km from Shantiniketan. I asked Gurmeet to set up conf with Sanjay. No success. To clarify this my wife called Sanjay at 8.05pm. He started fighting and using foul language and said he will not deliver the packet at all. I tried to get his managers conatact number but he DID not give. I have given feedback of Sanjay's bad & Unacceptable behavior on his company’s website. Through these courier services we keep our rakhi culture alive, bonding between two people but when they become non committed to their services and arrogant..... the people emotion, culture take hit badly but these guys keep on making money. I request to punish the courier service so that they dont repeat this. My wife, sister & myself are all sadden and humiliated by courier service.
