I have used services of DTDC Courier & Cargo Limited, Pune to post an envelope to Merta City, Rajasthan containing costly (emotionally) Rakhi's from my wife (Manju Kanwar) to her only brother as per below details :

On 30th Jul 12 (Monday), my wife enquired to Om Sai Enterprise about the reason of non-delivery of rakhi's to destination address. Mr. DM Gangawane checked the status and replied that since, there is no service of DTDC at Merta City, Rajasthan so the envelope has been returned back to main office of DTDC at Pune and the consignement will be delivered back to the sent addressee home address.
When asked about the reason of accepting the consignment for address where DTDC is not providing services, Mr. RD Gangawane started speaking badly and said we are not responsible for this.
Till today, the consignment is not returned to our home address.
I, on behalf of my wife want to file a complaint against following ;
- Om Sai Enterprises [ Mr RD Gangawane ] for false commitment of three days delivery of consignment despite there is no service of DTDC at Merta City, Rajasthan.
- Om Sai Enterprises [ Mr RD Gangawane ] Not accepting fault and not helping in getting back the returned consignment from Pune Main office.
- Om Sai Enterprises [ Mr RD Gangawane ] Responding very bluntly and behaved very badly for his failed commitment.
- DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED : Accepting the Consignment, inspite of the fact that there is no service of DTDC at Merta City.
- DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED : Responding back on enquiry after 11 days of accepting the consignment with a reason of "No Services at Destination Address"
which could have been identified on first day of acceptance.
- DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED : Had the consignment been returned on time i.e. by 30th July, we could have used alternate channel of posting it to its destination.
- DTDC COURIER & CARGO LIMITED : Not responding on our query about the status of returned consignment.
