My Name is Ravi Sharma, Address: H. No. 230, Eldeco-1, Udhyan-1, Eldeco, Lucknow, U.P. One parcel Docket No. D09708742 from SEC-RJMT Engineering Pvt. Ltd, E-23, SGM Nagar, NIT, Faridabad (HR) has been couriered on 19/7/12 & I've not received the same till today.


Your Office Phone nos. 0522-3918141 & 42 are damn busy & no body is picking the said phones since 22/07/12. Fortunately Today one lady has picked the phone today & said that our delivery boy Mr. Anirudth (9554906578) has gone on 23rd & 26th of July to deliver the packet & not find anyone at the address mentioned on packet (above). My mobile no. 8874111175 is also mentioned on the packet but he has not bother to call me at once. he is telling lie & you people are harassing me, I don't know why. I've talked to Mr. Anirudth today but he is unaware of the story. packet contains urgent material, thats why company sent it by courier but even after 9 days, you people has not delivered the packet. I've suffered a great loss due to the material has not reached to me, it seems you are intentionally harassing me.


I'm going to complaint this incidence in higher authorities & consumer court due to my huge loss due to you & DTDC.
Tracking detail is as below & You people has crossed all limits of lie by filling fake things in tracking detail to misguide.

Hi, I dispatched a courier on 24th September from Noida to Indore. From last 7 days its showing out for delivery from indore local office but has not been delivered so far.It was suppose to be delivered on 26th. Its in the DTDC office Indore, they are neither replying or sending it to the destination. Kindly take some serious action against it. It contains a mobile phone for Rs. 8,000 approx which was declared at the time of courier and a duplicate bill was also given at Noida courier office. The DTDC Noida office people are not co operating and replying that they dont know anything about it and are not receiving my phone calls any more. In indore office no body is answering as well.

Pls do something about the same. MY phone has to be replaced within a certain time.

sir i had sent a courier from guna to delhi by DTDC courier service on 4th october-2012 bt the courier is not delievered till yet.
When i contacted the service center at delhi they told me that they had not recieved any such courier bt and on internet it is showing that the courir is in transit .
the reference number is M74396469.

I had couriered a letter containing the cheque against payment of installment to the builder on 01.10.12. thro' DTDC courier with docket no Z70832069.
From Sector 9 Panchkula - Haryana Thro' your franchise.

Today I had a recd. a call from the builder's office at Thane that they had till now not recd. the above mentioned letter containing cheque sent on 01.10.12 Kindly look into the matter as the cheque was towards the flat payment. Which will involve heavy Interest on the same.

I have booked a packet containing Diwali Sweets addressed to my son staying at Illinois. Chicago on 9th Nov 2012 from your Thane (W) branch and was told that the Parcel would reach in 4 working days. But I am sorry to inform you that the packet has not yet reached (till 16th Nov.2012,) the addressee even after 6 working days, defeating the very purpose of sending it through your company. The sweets are perishable items and secondly the occasion(Diwali) for which it was sent is also over. I therefore, request you to immediately refund the courier charges amounting to Rs.2819/- and Rs. 1000/ towards the cost of sweets, as the purpose of sending through courier is totally defeated.Hope you will understand the mental agony and also loss of reputation suffered by me and settle my claim of Rs.3,819-00 and don't wait for resorting to legal action.

Bangalore-17. Its almost 20 days over but still it has been not delivered to concern people, when we checked in web status its showing that DELIVERED so kindly look in to this and deliver as soon.

YOU HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CONTACTED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A QUERY REG A CONSIGNMENT AND WAS GIVEN A NUMBER OF YOUR ST. JOHNS OFFICE (080 41623497) BUT EVEN AFTER TRYING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR THERE IS NO RESPONSE. NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO. I GOT THE BM'S (Mr.MANJUNATH) NUMBER (88614 86356) AND IT IS SWITCHED OFF.
