Submit Complaint..it is true.. similar occurrences i have seen it too.. there seems to be no reasoning in complaining to the cops..

Mumbai police traffic Between Bandra and Santcruz, I have found many three wheelers, plying in the area, without any display of licence number printed on the wind shield, side or below the meter. Now i have come accross a tempered meter showing excess fare than it should have been. The police department is busy in collecting fine on other offences to the motorists. No auto is sujected the visible and delibrate mistake.
