I am himakumar recently i got 2 mails from "prizeconsignmentdeliverydepartment@msn.com" that your mail id is won the a billion dollar lotery amount and they asked me to send the details of personal and also asked me to send a scan copy of a govt card. And i am also send those ones as a reply they send a mail that consignment is on the way and you need to pay 10000 as consignment fee. in that same day i send a mail like i am a student and i am unable to pay even a small amount. But suddenly today i got a call from the number +919711792863 that i am msn authority i came to delhi you come and pay the consignment fee. i am very fear so what can i do. please reply soon
