Dear Sir/ Mam

I hav Booked a plot in Vian Neemrana project Fron Builder M/s Vian Infrastructure Ltd in Nov'06.

I had paid Rs 25,000 as booking amount in Nov,2006 for which i recieved the reciept. The project was supposed to start in 3-6 months but there was no development till 2.5 years.

When we asked for refund, the builder asked for the orignal reciept along with a Bank Attested form and a Balnk cancelled cheque. This was sent to them more than a year back but even after that the refund has not been made.

Now builder is not Refunding our money & delaying it regularly. Now its been more than 3 years but they have not refunded the money.I have been calling them regularly but they keep postponing it to next week which never comes.

Matter is pending since 3 years & my money is held up.

Vian Infrastructure has started 4 projects at different sites but non of them is successfully completed & all are pending & it is a fraud with the customers.
