I am also a victim of fullerton India I had taken a bike on my wife name from moosaram bagh hero honda showroom LOAN NO: 010820200009749on 2010 apr , the executive told me to pay 28500/- instead of 22000/- when we asked why like this means he said that the remaining amount will add on last three installment, we agreed and we paid but that fellow give us only 22000/- receipt and informed us that internal systematically remaning three installment is updated and we have to pay only for fifteen months and we paid same for fifteen months and waiting for NOC at home but after completition of 8 months our NOC not came to us but one of the unemployeed broker/hawker called us and said that our bike loan amount is pending when we reach him he asked 16000/- for payment when we informed him we already paid he said that no no ur defaulter as per fullerton india so you have to pay , then suddenly we reach to the tirmulgheery office which is very far from our home when we reach there one of the person said that there is no manager available for concern please come on monday when we again reach on monday he said that manager is busy u first take a statement from toll free number and tehn reach to us suddenly i called to toll free and get the statement on my Gmail account on 1 june 2012 again i went to tirmulgherry by taking a leave from officce but again no manager or concern person availbale there , then i told to the reception that kindly call me when the manager will free for us and i leave from there but i did not get any call from the fullerton india company but some sikh minority boys had stop me at chaderghat to nampally road and take my bike keys when i urgue about this with the sikh boys they show me a knife and said that get out from here and if i want my bike come to our boss one MR. Ranjeet @ 9603303344another Sikh man when there take me to him he said that paid the money and take the bike otherwise go from here while iam talking with them one sikh boy ran away with my bike when i turn back total gang of this fellow ran away without any information to me, i went to tirmulgherry and said that there gang is talking my bike they said yes there are our mans only. i told the brief incident to MR. Nipun who is the responsible person at tirmulgherry but he said paid 17550/- and take the bike otherwise i will lost my bike , i request him and said that already i paid the installment at showroom premises only but he said that he dont no about that , As i want my bike i paid the full amount and tookout my bike from the clutches of the fullerton india when i check the petrol in my bike total 600/- petrol is already stolen from my bike and my gadgets are in my front packets also gone with mirrors , when i report about this to the moosarambagh CSO Mr. Sri Rang Kantale he said that he is not answerable about this , PLEASE FRIENDS DONT GO TO FULLERTON INDIA IN FUTURE

1) The sikh boys are not the Fullerton employees nor they have any employee ids

2) Tirmulgherry Fullerton India employees are not answerable

3) without Call /notice or letter / E-mail how can took the bike

4) what about the three installmet taken away by your executive at malakpet Herohonda showroom

5) where is my mistake as i purchase my bike at malakpet showroom and the fullerton office is at moosaram bagh near to my home thats why we tieup with fullerton india but later your company said that it is at tirmulgherry which is very far from our home nearly up and down 30 kilo meter where is my mistake why should i have to go to 30 kilo meter up and down from my home continuously where is my mistake

6) why is 3500/- Repo charges ur company seize my vehicle without any information before seizing and iam in position that time to pay the amount on the spot only, then why it has happen illegally on knife point

7) As per the rules only company employees will seize the vehicle and after seizing there will give one seizing letter by showing there Employee ids and codes but my bike was seize by unknown Vargular people gundas

8) As al ready i reach to your Tirmulghery Fullerton india office on june why your people did not co-ordinate with me , why they not call me or send a letter at my home they have my mobile number and complete house address then why they do like this without any prior notice where is my mistake please tell me about this.

Kindly give me a strong reason about this or else settle my account and return back my money

I am Dr. E.Raju resident of khammam working as pathologist,Your agent by name Mr Gopi(Mob.No-9573556783) approached me saying that he will arrange me personal loan from Fullerton Bank.on 25th June 2012,he approached me saying that he will sanction me a loan for Rs.1.5 lakhs and he took 20 post dated cheques and all the legal signature on the papers(loan papers,insurance papers & photographs)& later on, he said that there was some problem in the paper work(i.e, form16 was missing)& he stated that my loan was rejected, since then he keeps on postponing saying that he will give back my cheques later.On 10th of June 2012, I got a call from hyderabad name "SAM" saying that my loan was sanctioned.The khammam branch manager was not at all answerable,Neither i have not been issued any loan amount nor any ID number or Loan account number.
Inspite of many complaints raised by me through fullerton india site and through email i didn't got any response till now.
I want a correct information from you in written form sent to my mail ID(raju.enjety699@gmail.com) as soon as possible, otherwise I am going to proceed legally.I am going to sue the fullerton bank for keeping me in confusing, and giving me mental tension wasting my time & making me run fromm pillar to post.Harrassing me mentally by not giving me my post dated cheques, & not providing information.

I have paid all my dues on 14th Feb 2013 and got commitment from your representative at Thane brance (Vivek Surve) that the request is being processed and Loan stands cancelled and there wont be any ECS send to my bank account..


Despite of my commitments and closure of loan from my side.. The ECS is being submitted to my bank. This is a VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from your BANK - Fullerton..

Loan direct disbured for amount of 499400 / - on 29 th Jan

I first visited branch to make the payment on the very next day.. in coming two day the amount agreed by bank was 517977 / -

When I reached bank with the Cheque for same amount 517977 / -, Manish from Thane branch inquired with the Manager and asked me to make Demand draft for same amount. I have to make arrangement for DD.. I have to pay extra ~1350/- for same. Then the bank requested for 1500/- extra as closure charge, I denied about paying it. Again the request was kept on hold.. Vivek Surve from bank & the bank manager mentioned that they will forward the request for getting waver of 1500/-. I waited for 2 more day, still no response from your branch - Thane.. I tried reaching Vivek Surve over phone but no response.. Towards the end I have to visit bank to get some clarity.. Again as expected I have to pay additional 1500 /- for same..


Just for 2 weeks of my loan disbursement and closure - I have to pay amount 20,000 Rs to your Bank.. (This include your Processing fees 1.5%, Service tax on processing fees - 12.36%, Insurance - 6084, stamping 600/- and Pre - EMI - 3000 / - charges )
