I had a loan from Citibank with Loan Agreement No- 3985116 in 2004, Emi cheques had
not been presented in my bank account, i paid the emi's through cash.
When 4 emi's left citibank has asked me to clear out the dues, when i asked for the
reason of dues, they ignored.
After few months i got a letter for loan settlement, i paid the amount asked under
settlement. Now my name is being showed as a defaulter in CIBIL Account. Even i
visited citibank and complaint about this, receiving letter is still with me. I also
received no dues letter from CITIBANK. I don't know why my name is still showing as
written off in CIBIL report.
Please help me in getting my default resolved from CIBIL.
