BAJAJ Finserve's mistake creating mental agony, embarrassement and impeccable loss in credit worthiness. CIBIL report carries wrong information

Hi,

My name is Rajneesh Roy, D.O.B 01/06/1984.

I took a consumer durable loan in 2009 through Bajaj Finserve A/C number: 401BAL00009850. The duration of the loan was 8 months and I paid all the intallments timely thorugh post dated cheque payments.

On 5 occassions,
in last three years, I was told by different banks that I cannot avail any loan or credit card because of my unsatisfactory CIBIL score. I approached CIBIL and requested for my report by paying Rs 400

It was only on 22.04.2012 when I received my detailed CIBIL report I noticed some gruelling mistake made by Bajaj Finserve. Even though all the payment was made, they have reported CIBIL on 19.11.2011 that I have an overdue of Rs 138 for some loan of Rs 1,103.
Now I would like to highlight some points and request legal advice to take them to consumer court:

a) Bajaj Finserve has furnished wrong information to CIBIL causing me impeccable loss and embarrassment on uncountable occassion.
b) Rs 138 for a loan of Rs 1,103? Why will any man take a loan of that amount? Why will any bank sanction this amount? This is not only ridiculous but looks intentional to spoil credit worhtiness or some sort of mistake that is beyod human understanding.
c) For continuosly 3 years I have been denied lending opportunities for this?
d) Since, I paid all the amount how could they even register a complaint? I am hoping CIBIL has procedures to register such ambiguous information.
e) The customer care at Bajaj Finserve has no information and they do not respond to any query.
d) An executive named EBI Matthew in their pune office said, we cannot help you.

I urge that some lawyer PM me and I would take a legal action via legal notice to the Boad of Directors and have justice that teaches them a lesson they will never want to forget.

Please PM me.

Best,

Rajneesh Roy
