Dear sir/Madam,

This is prayag from chennai india,I took personal loan from hdfc bank.my loan account no: 10618000 uctomer id: 12689160 I want to settle down my remaining EMI's now. but till now bank officials not provide any kind of statements by mail.hdfc bank collection managers visits several times to my home threatening me and my family (my father is a heart patient yesterday he admitted to hospital due to bank official’s Harassment) that they will do anything for the collection. name1.mr.Sridhar and mr.suresh (both are from Chennai GN Chetty road branch) collection agents (name1.mr.Nandha Gopal, Name 2. mr.Venkat) Harassment for me & my family even though i was a hdfc Ex employee...HDFC bank's collection managers threatening me now and harassing me by calling me several times a day. They are calling my office, neighbors and relatives and discussing my debt with them.I was a ex Employee of HDFC they are not following any guidelines with respect to their tone and manner of interaction with customers. They are not following RBI's BCSBI Code.

Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony. I am sure you are aware of the fact that in situation like this HDFC BANK should approach the honorable courts to legally recover money and obtain the necessary court directions for recovery of the payment due. Instead of collecting money legally and following the guidelines for recovery laid down by the Reserve bank of India, HDFC have resorted to illegal ways to recover money which is totally against the law. Hence I would kindly request your good self to please take appropriate action against the said collection EMPLOYEES of HDFC BANK and save me from them.
