myself chandrapal singh ,residing at 56-c,dwarikapuri near bsa college road ,mathura(up) had taken a bike loan(hero honda splender) from city bank mathura branch as the city bank branch has stopped its branch the city and cleared it and got the NOC as on the date but bank put my name into sibil report.Due to this i am unable to get loan for four wheeler (suzuki wagon-r).so,i requested you to remove my name from sibil report as soon as posible as i booked the car in mathura suzuki showroom

Hi

I just applied for Car loan and got shock to know that i am defaulter in consumer loan.
and I was really very shocked and annoyed hearing that, as I have never Taken any loan, nor had any late payment againt any credit card.

So how they can say that...is ther any other creteria to put in a customers name in CIBIL score list.

and If a consumer has not taken any loan any was never a defaulter than can we file a legal complaint against that bank/ authority who have sent my name in this list.

Please revert me and help me.

I have had all my Credit Cards and have got all Settlement letters, but my name is still appearing in Sibil .... Please arrange the same same to be removed at the earliest as iam applying for a Car loan ...

I hv tkn a car loan 2007 from icici bank issued a cheques off conturion bank of punjab which later on merge into hdfc bank in 2008. my loan a/c was working very smoothely but in the last instalments due to micro codes not acceptable as per RBI
guide lines cheque are not able to clear so i have paid these instalments through banker cheque. Its my humble request to u i have got NOC from bank i have no dues pending for the same so pls give me clearance from you.

I have taken 50,000 loan on 2006 from ICICI and paid only 3 installements. After some financial bad condition i have not able to pay and now i'm house wife and no income. But now bank people are calling me and asking me to pay the loan and tell different amount different time. I want to comeout from this and close this issue. Can you please suggest what is the options please..

I am Naresh Kumar and would like to get my name deleted from SIBIL list as it was due to some dispute which had been with Citibank Card in 2009.My card number was 4385 879830607002.
The reason was that I had long back requested them to discontinue the said card but some error of them it was not cancelled and they had been regularly sending the statements .The records showed that at the stage I had paid my all outstanding and the amount which was coming as due was the service amount which they used to send and then recurring interest on it.
Finally in 2009 I contacted them again and they somehow not accepting there mistake completely negotiated on some amount which I paid and settled the amount .
Citibank also acknowledged that and finally settled the amount and cancelled my card.
The problem I am facing is that I have to apply for the loan for my daughter ( Education Loan ) and seeing my name in SIBIL has reservations for releasing the amount.
I would also like to state that even today I am having 2 more cards from citibank as one of there esteemed customer and incase would had been defaulter the same would not have been issued.

I have taken 450000 loan in 2008 to hdfc by hdfc home lone (indore) ,due to some financial problem 5 installements of this loan can not paid continue.
but now i have comletly pay all the installment of loan and now i am totaly free to this loan. now i have already collect my NOC (no objection certificate).
now i am applying a new loan from ICICI bank but ICICI bank (ujjain)rejected my loan request due to late payment problem and put my name in sibil category.
due to this problem my loan have rejected,kindly remove my name from sibil category to taking loan from ICICI bank.

I have taken a carloan from icici bank in 2007 & my a/c was in Centurian bank of punjab at that time,
that bank got merged in HDFC bank in 2008. my loan a/c was going on smoothly but in 2010 R.B.I
