    Angry Complaint against ICICI Bank

    Hello,

    I have not opted any personal loan from ICICI bank, My brother who got due payment which was 2 years back who is submitted a written complaint to ICICI bank, which is yet to be resolved, however ICICI bank executive is calling me and asking me to call my brother to make a payment. Initially i have helped them providing all the information i.e., mobile number, address however they are rigorously calling on my mobile and office number for the same issue. This is against the privacy and code of conduct.

    The executive starting harassing and using un-parliamentary language over the phone, i have requested not to call because i have not opted any loan from ICICI bank, but the calls never ended. Its been over a month still i am getting the same. Calls which i received from is 022-65514760. Please take an action against this issue at the earliest.

    I have tried sending mail to care@icicbankdotcom however the mail was bounced back

    Most of the times when we see banks replying to you it is duplicated.

    So the person who writes in the name of the bank is really not the bank but some sponsered agent.

    yes i know, bring a social media analyst i can understand, if the bank is not going to resolve and take necessary actions i will sure take legal action against it.

    consumer court i have received enormous calls and i ignored
    and black listed the numbers. I have list of numbers which i am providing.

    The person who was calling did not provided his details i.e.,(Name,
    Employee ID) which is mandatory when customer asked. He never understood
    the problem and won't listen to the customers. I know it is part of their
    job to get the collection done however when i am not the customer why would
    i have to waste my time and yours.

    Looking forward to reply at the earliest.

    as per my idea best solution is just log a complaint on Bank AT RBI

    but here i am advising you, dont contact any agents and brokers or etc.,, go directly log a call solve your problem.
    if you consult any agent i think they will do the same process
