Personal Loan Fraud Details - Fullerton India Hi
My Name is Nirmala K and i had taken a personal loan from Fullerton India on September 2010 , My loan Account Number is 121325000025370 and My repayment schedule is through ECS mode.Since October 2010, every month my Emi amount is been deducted without any delay from my account directly and i have the complete updated statement.
Now my name is under cibil list showing as Cheque Bounce.
I want to lodge complaint against this and remove my name from CIBIL List. This is completely a fraud by Fullerton India. They dont have proper customer care response team nor they have manners to speak to the customer and rectify their complaint.
Kindly accept my request and do the needful.

Greeting!
I have applied for a home loan from LIC [COLOR=#009900 !important]housing loans. The loan cannot be processed because of cibil report mentioning the defaulter in personal loan, whereas I am not at all a defaulter for any kind of payments because i did not take any personal loan. I had applied for Personal Loan but never took money from any bank. Please reply.(savitakhadse@gmail.com)
