I have taken Personal loan from Axis Bank.

Usually every 5th of the month EMI amount will be debited from my savings account (Deutsche bank) through ECS. But for the month of January Still it is not yet debited.

I called Axis Bank (04422641134) on 9th January(10:50 AM) and 11th January (11:43 AM) but they didn’t give any reason for why amount is not debited and just they are asking me to wait for another 2 days.
They confirmed that ECS account is pointing to my Deutsche bank account(on 11th January).

Last month(December 2011) I have applied for account change for ECS (from Deutsche Bank to Standard Chartered bank), while applying I was instructed to maintain adequate balance in Deutsche Bank account for the month of January 2012, and EMI amount will be debited from Standard Chartered Bank from February 2012 only. So I am maintaining adequate balance for EMI in Deutsche Bank.

Please look into this issue ASAP and let me know why amount was not debited from my account.

I have sent a mail to Axis bank regarding this issue on 13 Jan 2012 - No response from them till 19th Jan 2012.

I have contacted them too many times but did not get any information.

Complaint : EMI amount not debited frm DB, which should have happened in 5th of Jan.
Response: ECS is still pointing to DB, Some time it may get delayed. Wait for another 2 days and call back if necessary.
