Hi,

My name is Santosh and I have take PL from ICICI - Rs. 250000 and Axis Bank - Rs. 150000 in 2007-08. I had paid around 7-8 EMIs after which I was unable to pay because of family issues (I had to pay much more than I can earn for my sister's medication & operation) and also due to recession my salary was reduced.

I am now in a good condition financially & mentally, so I want these 2 banks to pay my overdue amounts. Can they reactivate my EMIs so that I can start paying them? As I have got many threatening calls from both the Banks, their recovery agents and even false lawyers & police that I have enjoyed the money for my leisure. I DO NOT want to talk to Recovery Agents that these Banks assign their case to (that's what I was told) and neither do I want these people to call my friends/colleagues whom I dont even know.

Please suggest, and Iam from Bangalore.
