Hi,

I have taken Pl #20210796 amount 310000 INR, the amount was given to me by closing my previous PL #12662254 amount 360000 INR(Only 2 EMI's were pending), the amount deducted in final disbursal is more than what was communicated to me. It was communicated that there will be no precoluser charges on 2 EMI's as this is TOP UP however even if i pay 2 % as pre clouser charge on two EMI's (9929*2 = 19858 INR) then also there are other charges which no one from bank is able to tell me.

I have also proposed that it is cheating done with my and if required i can close the loan with immediate effect but now they are saying that i have to pay loan clouser charges

I am total fed up with the kind of attitude HDFC has against its customers. Please provide some solution though the amount is not much but some way i feel that i have been cheated by the bank and these are free to do anything with customers.
