I have taken personal loan from IDBI Bank Faridabad in the year 2004 for Rs. 200000/- to be paid in 60 EMI's (each around Rs 4789)from my SBI Account in Badarpur - New Delhi. First 49 EMI's and one initial EMI i paid with due date and time. But due to my transfer to an interior place in MP I cannot organize to deposit required money in my account at SBI Badarpur. As well as net banking was not activated in that account, so many times i contacted to the IDBI bank officers through emails and phones. But I did got the required support and they charged my account with penalties and many time threaten me for dire consequences; herewith I am not mentioning the name of phone banking officers.
Finally they put my name in CIBIL and balance amount of Rs. 40000/-they increased to Rs. 114000/- and forwarded a settlement letter for Rs96000/-. When I refused to accept the same and said that I am ready to pay the balance amount of Rs. 40000/- they didn’t accept. As well as they taken out two more EMI'S from my SBI account; after when I clearly stated if u r not interested we will meet in court. Now the bank officers are continuously black mailing for non clearance of my any loans from other banks. I desire to settle my account but the Bank officers not helping to resolve the same.
I need great help, as many time i told them personal loan is given to support individual not to make money only whereas mostly all interest part of my loan i have already paid.
