Complaint against Fullerton india bank -Bangalore Dear sir,
my self satheesh nair, had taken a Personal loan from Fuller ton india bank for rupees 60,000/- (sixty thousand only). against the interest 27% . the bank told me that they will be deducting the EMi through my icici account which i had given them all needed signatures and athourisation.
its been 7 months now till date they havent deducted the money from the bank thourgh ECS facility. evrymonth they are forcing to make payment by cahs through there collection agent. i have been asking the fullerton officials to get the Emi done through ECS they said they are facing some issue and are not able to dedcut it through bank . i am not convince with this reply of them. the collection manager Venkat kumar is not even letting me speak to his manager and instead he is forcing me to make all the paymetn by hand.
Please advise if i have undergone any forgery by bank by this kind of transaction . when i took loan i had very little knowledge of money laundering laws. there is no transparency in transaction of this bank . I have save all the calls which i have made to the bank officials.

the problem is simple. ECS not activated. pay to collection guy for what. Pay to FULLERTON directly by cheque.
if you pay cash - you will accumulate delayed fee also. This will be problematic as your credit rating will show poor performance.

threats by fullerton bank officials Dear sir
i had taken a loan for 75000 Rs for which i am paying an EMI of Rs. 2788 per month from fullerton bank. i have paid almost for 3 yrs and now this month i forgot to deposit my emi in the bank. for that a person named murali from fullerton called me up in the night and threatened me of dire consequences, if i dont pay the emi immediately and said that he will come home today morning. only my mom is in the home and i fear her security because of this man. since i dont know him, i was hesistant to pay the amount to him and told him to come on sunday morning, so that i can do the needful. But he spoke to me in a very rude manner. I had already put up the complaint for the fullerton bank officials, but of no use. his phone number is 8792180480. kindly advise

Mental harrassment by the bank executive. Respected Sir,
As, I am the customer of your well-esteemed bank for past three years and I am paying all EMI's on date, but due to some problem with the bank or because your bank people might have placed the cheque one day before in this month the cheque got bounce and your bank officials called me and they asked about the same and as per my monthly routine, I deposited the amount of 5156 on the 4th September 2012 as I used to do every month. This is not my problem and you can check my track record, and if i have missed one EMI also. For this reason, the bank executive from Bangalore by the name Murali Krishna and his phone number is 8792180480 is mentally harassing me and torturing me. If something happens, I will have to lodge a complaint for my safety purpose as his behavior is very rude and I will even go to consumer court. So, i kindly request you to take necessary action sir.

complaint on country club membership on 14th October,we have been invited to country club for gift collection which we won(the customer executive from country vacations has called and informed Ph.no 8049046503). The condition was I have to come with wife for the gift collection. After reaching the country club ,Yelahanka,Bangalore ,the customer executive has said we have to attend one hour presentation. The two customer executives(Mr.Harish ph no 9741600843 and Ms.Sangeetha ph no 7411089858 and ph no 8065475065) have explained about the country vacations.They said the country club membership is free if we take membership of country vacations 3 days free accommodation in any of the star hotels .The discounted membership fee is Rs.20000/ .They told us the membership card will be issued immediately once we swipe the debit card for Rs.20,000/. Based on their words we have swiped the debit card for Rs.20,000/ as a membership fees. After the debit of the amount to their account they have said the manager has left for the day and the agreement copy and membership cards will be issued by tomorrow and customer executive will come and deliver to you. So far they have not delivered the membership cards and the above customer executives are not lifting the phones. They have cheated us . I have sent a message to cancel the membership and return the membership fees. No response till now.It is requested to take up with country club to cancel the membership and return the money. Awaiting for your reply.

section 138 Hello sir,
My self Naveen from west Bengal I have a problem with section 138 this in 2009 I took a loan from flu tron India amount rupees 50,000 and I was paying 2614 rs w EMI since from 2009 to till 2012 august and some of 6 installment was left I inform them about this that I dont have account anymore in bank from which they are deducting installment and I told them please send your person so I can pay but they didnt take any interest and I was too busy in that time and even they stop calling me so in between I had some work so I came back to home town now they are harassing me and they are threatening me they said they put case on me section 138 on me and police will arrest me please help me I am just middle class man I did mistake but now I am so afraid please help me
