Hi There,

I have a complaint against HDFC bank, recently one of the agents from HDFC bank contacted me and offered a personal loan at 14.25% . I accepted the offer and submitted all the requested documents. ( ref # 20421147 / Agent Name - Rajkumar / Ph # 04066340044/9703819611 ) Now, HDFC bank refuses to approve the loan stating my CIBIL score is bad, as i failed to make Credit card payments on time ( and also there is some kind of Settlement which is already done).

1) I have no clue what CIBIL is..
2) I have never used a Credit Card in my Life, neither have i taken any LOAN till date, so i dont know which payment HDFC is referring to.
3) The agent says, even if HDFC approves the loan, it will be at 15% and not 14.25% ( which i dont think is going to happen anyways )

Would request you to intervene and help me out with this situation.
