    my Complaint is against HDFC Bank that I have given 36 Chqs against my personal loan A/c No.19422547.
    in which one Chq No.10444 submited by hdfc to my bank on 08/12/2011 and same is return for insufficient balance.Against this chq.I had deposited cash to recovery agent vide receipt no.25214690 on 16/12/11.
    Now same chq.represented on 20/12/11 in my bank and also returned.but my bank has debited my a/c for Rs.221-221 for both time.
    Now my complaint is that when I deposited cash on 16/12/11 then why represented the chq.on 20/12/2011 So you are requested that please advise to hdfc bank that the return to me my chq.and Rs 221/- of bank charges which debited my bank.

    Sir/Mam,

    My loan account is in the Hdfc bank with a/c no... 14866523 and my persnal a/c is 00881140142304 .My emi monthly is 3316.I miss my emi in last year and was told by bank that you can deposit your emi in the next month. The loan department had deducted the 6000 rupees extra
    saying the bouncing
    charges of the emi after 13 MONTHS.If this is the reason why 6000 rs on 29/10/2011
    deduction.The reason
    told is the charges of the 13 bouncing of the emi.My
    qestion is if
    this is the reason then why the bank has not deducted
    the charges
    every month or in the 1st month or in the next months and not given the prior intimation in the 13
    months by mailing or calling .This is
    the wrong dedction and please look into the matter.I mailed several times to the Hdfc bank and they refused to give explanation and their behaviour was very bad.The Manager Dinesh Rawat from their side was very rude .So I request you to please look into the matter and help me.

    Sir, Refer my hdfc loan a/c 20348322: the hidden amount charged by bank is without my sign,intimation and was not told while senctioning the loan.we were agreed on 1.5%processing charge only rest other hidden charges are fake and unintimated.Hdfc rep. sweta,mob 9953156327,her co_partner varun tripathi,mob9818815535 did not give clear report and deducted extra charges.no rep from hdfc bank responded even repeted complains no 19546/11-12/0069 dtd 22dec, 30238/11-12/0731dtd23dec, 35782/11-12/0365dtd24dec and 23687/11-12/0751dtd26dec.Request concile the matter.     Thumbs down HDFC rejects LOAN!! NO valid Reason...

    Hi There,

    I have a complaint against HDFC bank, recently one of the agents from HDFC bank contacted me and offered a personal loan at 14.25% . I accepted the offer and submitted all the requested documents. ( ref # 20421147 / Agent Name - Rajkumar / Ph # 04066340044/9703819611 ) Now, HDFC bank refuses to approve the loan stating my CIBIL score is bad, as i failed to make Credit card payments on time ( and also there is some kind of Settlement ).

    1) I have no clue what CIBIL is..
    2) I have never used a Credit Card in my Life, neither have i taken any LOAN till date, so i dont know which payment HDFC is referring to.
    3) The agent says, even if HDFC approves the loan, it will be at 15% and not 14.25% ( which i dont think is going to happen anyways )

    Would request you to intervene and help me out with this situation.

    Lightbulb Atm retained by hdfc bank

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    This is Mandip Panta, who holds an account in HDFC bank, IP Extension, Patparganj, Delhi, India with customer id 40427097. On the 17th Of February i tried to make a transaction in HDFC Bank ATM in Vikash Marg with my VISA Debit Card Of Nepal. I am a citizen of Nepal, and is working and studying in Delhi since last 2 years. My parents sent me 60000 INR in my ATM of Nepal. Before 17th Of February every time i made a transaction with the same VISA Debit card of Nepal it used to be a success. However on the 17th January, 2012 the HDFC Atm Vikash Marg Retained my card. I visited the branch on the 19th after i didnt get any reply for the complaint that i made against the customer care of HDFC. The branch manager in IP Extension told me that my card will be destroyed without issuing the same to me. I am a citizen of Nepal and the managers and the staffs are harrasing me that they would not be issuing me my card. I am really frustated with it. Tommorow i need to submit my fees in my college. If i dont submit the fees my carrier will be destroyed and i will need to loose a complete year. If anything such happens tommorow and i dont get my money, i would file a case against HDFC bank, so that they provide me with the total loss.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I have taken a loan from hdfc bank
    Loan no 14826869
    Loan Amt 300000
    Emi 7345/-
    Tenure 60months
    I have received this loan on May 2009 and fro June 2009 the emi started and i made a prompt payment till November 2011.
    After which i have to resign my job because i have given birth to a baby, and nobody is their to take care of here. due to financial crisis i am unable to make this due, and i had asked for time extension for 5 months, by which i can leave my baby to care taker and continue my job and release the dues. the bank people are not ready to listen my words, and the agency people are harrazing me, and they are using words which a woman cant hear. i asked to customer care also , they are not ready to accept my reason, Kindly help me to sort this issue. Due to this i am suffering metal touchier. Kindly help me.

    Angry Money deducted due to technical error in HDFC

    Hi,

    I used online banking facility of HDFC bank for booking air ticket on 6th Feb 2012.

    But, while paying the money , because of some technical error in HDFC network, the money could not be transferred to the ticket booking website, but an amount of Rs 5029 got deducted from my account.

    The money is not deducted by the website and it is floating within HDFC network.

    Please let me know when will I get the money back as early as possible.

    my Complaint is against HDFC Bank (Kalka) that before 10 day's ago I have close my Account from HDFC Bank due to there poor Service.my Account No. is:01881530002673 Name: Anil Kumar, Branch (Kalka). after that they said that you get your D.D by courier. now it's 10 day left. there was no any courier come to my home address. my wife goes there and told them about D.D they said we told you later we will call you. but they never call us. after that again my wife go there and asked them about D.D again they never give any explication about D.D. after that yesterday they call me sir your DD is here in our BANK plz. come and get the D.D i'll go there but they never give me my D.D that time and they Talk with me Rudely. they said you come tomorrow. i am doing Job in Baddi (H.P) my company never allow me leave so i was not able to come to get the D.D so i am told my wife to go there and get the D.D. she goes there to get the D.D. but they never give him My D.D. after that i talk there on this no. 09988812007 he is also talk with me and i said to give my D.D to my wife but he rudely and cut the phone and never pic the phone again and again.he say's you come over there and get the D.D. they are creating a lot of problems due to which i am facing a lot of problems my all money is pending over there.


    Please let me know when will I get the D.D as early as possible.

    Sir,
    I am writing this mail on behalf of my father Mr. Prasanta Mukherjee in regard to the request for home loan.As he is a previous customer of home loan from HDFC, he is aware of the fact that before giving the loan there is a previous background check or something like that before the loan sanction.And since he is a previous customer from your bank we expected it to be sooner this time.As we were told by the loan agent that the loan will be sanctioned within a week or so, accordingly our contractor has also started his work bringing raw materials and stuffs.Moreover the worst part is that when we call him for the status of our loan he says for other documents xerox copies...we submit those...again after a few days he asks again for some new documents...So i would kindly request you to look into the matter...and take watever documents you might be needing at once...coz we really need the money for the home loan...otherwise we could have done it wothout the loan only... So we would kindly request you to do the needful as soon as possible,or at least give us an approximate date when we might actually get 1st cheque as the work has started in full fledge and without the koney in hand it is starting to create pressure.This is due to the fact that if there is more delay, we can ask our contractor to stand by our construction for a couple of days.So please help us...


    I would also like to add that if we would have applied for any other bank loan we would have got it earllier...
    so please help us ASAP...we really need the money for the ongoing construction

    This is to bring in your kind attention that self was had loans for from HDFC bank
    for Personal load & used car loan which are under mentioned, now the case is that i have
    approached other bank for my other loan now i came to know that still my name was showing in
    cibil report as a defaulter which is a bit surprised for me to get to know after doing all the
    payment still i had a embarrassed situation!!!

    Car loan agreement no.- 11528089 closure letter dated 13/3/12 final payment done thru receipt
    no. 25831223 dt 18/2/12
    Personal loan agreement no.- 91368791 closure letter dated 13/3/12 final payment done thru
    receipt no. 25831222 dt 18/2/12

    self will request you to please check & confirms about my loan status which is nil as per the
    account statement i received from bank locally.

    would also request you to please get the process fast to remove my name clear from the cibil
    report/website to get me loans from other banks for my purpose,

    humble request to please cross check my loan status & provide me privileged to become clear
    report of cibil as self had done all the outstanding payment against the loan account nos.
    mentioned. which will be very helpful from your end. as i got a word of confirmation from HDFC
    local bank that my name will be removed from cibil list after 45 days after done all the
    payments which is already done. which is now almost 2 months for done all the outstanding
    payments.

    as per my knowledge & understanding that all the banks has shared their list of clear loaner
    with the cibil on monthly basis so please take this matter in process as fast as possible to
    do my further requirements with other banks.

    Or advise to take further action or step to take in this regards.

    Default Hdfc bank staff

    I am working in hdfc bank from long time. Hdfc bank staff are not taking any responsibility on them. All kind of work taking from adfc staff.

    They are not checking any report & also they are not ready to sign on any report. The work as per bank policy has been done by hdfc bank staff but they passes this work to adfc staff.

    Some hdfc staff do not have any kind of system knowledge.

    In case of leave hdfc staff can leave where ever they want but they are not ready to give leave to adfc staff.

    Keki patel told their staff if you want to work in hdfc bank for long time don't take any leave. It's not good for you & your future.

    Pls do necessary action against the hdfc staff & look into this matter urgently.

    Pls do string opreration.

    Default Complaint against HDFC Bank Personal Loan

    Dear Sir,

    My name is subhash sharma i have applied for personal loan and submitted all required document with salary slip but problem is i have
    got increment in this month with hike of 3050 INR.

    And i have already taken loan from HDFC 85000 and paid 4th installment without fail.

    Again I need some money from HDFC and then i have applied again for Rs 150000 somebody told me from HDFC Loan Department that you should apply for Rs 250000 then we will close your last loan of Rs 85000 and then you will get 150000 Rs then i agreed and submitted all required details.

    My reference No is 21471954.

    But they have rejected my loan with reason that i just got increment in this month so that we can not provide you loan but this is not a reason.

    So pls it is requested to you kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get the loan.
