I, PRASANNAKUMAR DONKADA, (Date of Birth 19-September-1981) working in NCC Limited (Previously Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited) as Officer EDP and presently applied for Personal Loan on 05.12.2011 vide reference no.20230501 for Rs.1,00,000/- at Hubli Branch through Digambar Kulkarni, an third Party between HDFC Bank and Me, whose residancy also Gulbarga. During applying I have given my Company Qtrs which earlier and Present Mailing Address as "GANGA NILYA", PLOT NO.37, TELKAR LAYOUT, KUSNOOR ROAD, GULBARGA - 585105 and Iam residing beside the same Address which like as "SAPTAGIRI", PLOT NO.31, BESIDE TELKAR LAYOUT, RAJAJINAGAR, KUSNOOR ROAD, GULBARGA - 585105 the both addresses Proofs are herewith attaching with this mail for your reference.
I submitted my Driving License as Address proof as it has the address like "GANGA NILYA", PLOT NO.37, TELKAR LAYOUT, KUSNOOR ROAD, GULBARGA - 585105. While your verification Officer, Mr.Prasad visited on 15.12.11 and I showed already both addresses, and he agreed that there are all OK as I mentioned in Application. And I got Message on yesterday i.e.16.12.11 that My Application Accepted whereas My Address Verfication Completed.
And yesterday I got a Call from Your Bank and verified the same, and I mentioned the Both Addresses.

But infact to accept my Loan Application your bacnk officials and taken as Negative mark to put-up My loan application.This is not fair to do this to me as I submitted all documents properly and helped the Verifying Officer, by showing the both addresses.

So, Please see in this regard, and If possible please kindly arrange for re-applicate/re-verify my Loan Application. This is humbly request

My Details are hereiwth enclosing with this mail for your reference. IF I WANT TO MIS-GUIDE YOUR PEOPLE I WILL NOT GIVE PROPER DETAILS, AS I HAVE GIVEN ALL OF MY RELAVENT DOCUMENTS INCLUDING MY PERMANENT RESIDANCE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSE.PLEASE NOTE THIS SIR.
