dear Sir

i do have a personal loan with HDFC bank, and i have paid 5 EMI already but now i would like to pre close the loan i am ready to bear the preclosure charges, while i taken loan the communication was i can pre close it after 6 months but HDFC bank not allow me to close the same i have send couple of mails to HDFC support and talktous but the the reply was can be closed after 1 year. and their approch to me is like this is our norms you just obey it, sir as a customer do me have any right to close my laibilities any time?
