    Default complaint against bank manager (SBI)

    I ,H.Shehnaz Banu doing B.tech Biotechnology second year.I applied loan on 3 jan 2011 in state bank of India,Triplicane branch.I dint get any response yet from the bank manager. I often go to the bank to ask about the loan but the bank manager(Triplicane Branch) Mr.Ravi does not give any response and make us to wait outside his cabin as his slave for long hours.The reason behind the delay of our loan is he did not pass our documents to higher authorities,the documents we have given is still on his table without any proper action.When I ask the reason for the delay for our, He openly said i will take care first for my relatives then for my staffs and finally yours.He is so unkind and irresponsible.He treated the people as his slaves.i want to ask you sir/madam, we dont have rights to get loan from bank ? Are we slaves of bank managers?I want the educational loan to be sanctioned soon to complete my daughter's graduation. so i request you to kindly take action soon on the bankmanager of triplicane branch..awaiting for your speedy response.. thank you.

    Post No Response from the manager

    I am Nagarajan completed my degree and searching for a job.i also have an acoount in state bank of india.I lost my profile password which requires net banking transaction.I went to asked for the bank manager who is a lady.she makes me to wait for more than two hours and discussing her family matters with her relative in her cabin.we more than five people waiting outside.after he has gone she purposely avoided us with small reasons.i asked her for my password she said that he is busy and she can't do that right now i expalined that i need as soon as possible suddenly she become arrogant and spoke harsh on me.i don't know who to complain about this.kindly help me to get my password as soon as possible.

    Exclamation complaint against rupra BM SBI for Education loan

    Respected sir, I am pruthiraj sahu, at –Gobindapur,po- Muding , Ps- M.Rampur , I am basically belongs to from poor family, bag to state that I have taken a education loan for my PGDM FC study . However, unfortunately still then I did not repay the loan. Because when I have completed my PGDM F course from IMIS, BBSR and got the job but at the time of filed duets I have facing naxliet and severe injured so doctor talk to me for bad rest for few month and left the job. Still then, I am searching job .but I am promise to repay the loan after the February 2012 continually.But BM of SBI Rupra branch continues to presser me and my parents like he will be thinking for subside because this year no chance to repay the loan due to drat in odisha.     Default Complaint against SBI - SAKET BRANCH, Delhi

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    This is an incident that happened with me today, dated: 3 May 12. First let me tell you that I am resident at Saidullajab Extn. nearby SBI-Saket Branch. I went to the SBI Saket Branch to open a Saving Account as it is near my residing place. I met Mrs. Sushma Singh (Incharge for Opening New Accounts fro SBI Saket Branch) for the required Doc and fees. Sushma Singh said they need 21,000/- (Twenty One Thousand Rupees Only) to open an account. 20,000/- for Fixed Deposit and one thousand to open an account, with that she will give Passbook immediately. Sushma Singh asked me WHY do i need to open an account, to which i said i want to do Savings and have account in Nationalised Bank. I asked her that i have heard that only 1000/- Rs are required to open an account in all over INDIA. Sushma Singh said, people come here just to open an Account and then, they dont do any transactions and we keep on maintaining there accounts for years. Adding on, Sushma Singh said if you can make this account as a SALARIED account or if you had been a STUDENT, than she can open my account for Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees only).

    I got confused with the Branch Rules of SBI and went to another Branch to verify.

    So, i went to another SBI Branch located at Masjid Moth, Delhi, i asked the CRO, She was very helpfull for the details she provided, she said they need only 1000/- (One Thousand Rupees Only) to open an account.

    I went back to the SBI Saket Branch to meet the Branch Manager - Mrs. Anu Gupta. At that point of time Mrs. Sushma Singh and Mrs. Anu Gupta were sitting together in Branch Manager's Cabin. I asked Mrs. Anu Gupta (Infront of Sushma Singh), how much money SBI need to open an account? Mrs. Anu Gupta said (Asking and looking at Mrs. Sushma Singh), that they need 21,000/- (Twenty One Thousand Rupees Only) to open an account. Adding on she said, you want to do Saving hence we are creating your FD worth Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only). Moreover, we cannot open an account for you unless you map the SALARY with this account. Adding on to this, she said this is an POSH COLONY, and we maintain very high profile customers. So, we have to maintain the Standard of the BRANCH.

    I asked Mrs. Anu Gupta to give me in WRITING, that SBI-Saket Branch needs Rs. 21,000/- to open a savings account. To which Mrs. Anu Gupta and Mrs. Sushma Singh, felt very uncomforatable and after a heated discussion for more than 15 Minutes, they said, they will open an account.

    I went to Sushma Singh to verify the Documents list and number of Photographs, to which she said in a very RUDE MANANER they need ONLY ONE photograph. I asked her, for PASSBOOK, dont they need any Photograph. Sushma Singh said you will get the Pass Book only when you will receive the WELCOME NOTE (WHICH IS FOR CHEQUEBOOK AND ATM PIN IN ALL OVER INDIA), which will take another 7 days and for more information please speak with Branch Manager.

    I went to the Branch Manager to verify the duration required for PASSBOOK, to which she said, they have to verify the ADDRESS, when you come here with the WELCOME NOTE, you will get the PASSBOOK.

    I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS FROM THE BRANCH MANAGER. AND I LEFT THE BRANCH WITHOUT OPENING AN ACCOUNT. I KNOW PASSBOOK IS GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY OR AFTER ONE DAY AT MAX, GENERALLY THE SAME DAY.

    Pl help me to punish these officers: Mrs. Sushma Singh (Account Opening Incharge) and Mrs. Anu Gupta(Branch Manager) at SBI- SAKET Branch, Delhi.

    Sir,
    we applied for education loan in near by State Bank of India, Ambattur
    Estate Branch 4 months.. ago... But the bank authority have doesnt given proper important to our request... Now i am studying in Engineering College. I have 193.75 cut off in H.S.C. Now i am having 9.34 CGPA in B.E.Mechanical Engineering. I am requesting you to help us sir... please.. I am from a lower-middle class family...

    branch manger is worst performance in bank. he use bad words in the peoples how behave hte people he is dont now please take action any one

    Default Sbi grahak sewa kendra bhagwanpur hat (code-38801098) me acount khulwane me dhandhali

    Dear Sir,
    Bhagwanpur hat me panch din pahle grahak sewa kendra ka opening hua hai. SBI ka banner hone ke chalte per-day 100-150 log account khulwane aa rahe hai. Aur sabhi account khulwane walo se service ke naam pe 100 se 200 rupya najayaj liya ja raha hai. Kya aap iss mamle me hamari madad karenge?
