Recovery Threats: Standard Chartered Bank Dear Sir,
I am Writing this as Me & my family (My Mother & My Younger Sister) facing unbearable Mental Torture from Recovery Agents of Standard Chartered Bank. As I was out of Job, I was not able to pay few installments of my Personal Loan. I started paying the amount from October'11. Still the recovery agents of the bank are abusing me and my family. They make visits to my home when I am not at my home. I clearly told them to talk to me not to my family as I am there customer not my family.
I am single bread earner in my family. These Harassment is making me and my family mentally weak. I will really thankful if you can take possible actions.

Go to RBI website to find out directions to recovery agents or banks web portal itself about dues recovery policy read it carefully. Usually if harrassment is committed a criminal complaint may be given at police station as well you can complaint to Banking Ombudsman Also.Ultimately all pvt banks harrass you more if you fails to pay up their dues in time irevelavent of whether you had lost job or else.Dinesh Chamoli
