    Default HDFC Bank not issuing NOC

    Hi,
     This is with respect to my Personal Loan from HDFC Account No:-16630024.I selected ECS is the mode of payment from my ICICI Account Note that I already have another loan (Car) from HDFC itself currently running through ECS
    But due to any reason the very first ECS has been rejected and also all followings(till the loan complete Instalments) when I communicated to HDFC customer care it has been informed to me that there is no issue and the payment can be collected through cash/ Cheque with no impact to my loan. which I followed and all 12 payments are done as per that with the specified days informed by Bank side/Third Party.
    After all the payments and waited few days when didn’t hear anything regarding NOC .I asked for NOC and HDFC people now informing me regarding late charges and all and even they are threatening me that they will put this on civil record so that no bank will provide me any loan
    I discussed several times with HDFC bank officers and registered complain(complain No:01606161)

    Question Hdfc bank not issued noc of car loan

    Hi,
    This is with respect to my CAR LOAN from HDFC Account No:-13630627.I selected ECS is the mode of payment from my Syndicate Bank Account, and all installment has paid off in the month of Aug 2011 & as per terms of agreement, NOC should dispatched by bank with in 30 days, but till they have not provide by this.

    for this i have marked a mail to loansupport@hdfcbank.com and their official said that they have post my NOC in Aug 2011 month only by "NORMAL POST".

    for issuing duplicate they are demanding Rs. 500 extra charge.


    Here i have replied on same email address that all promotional calls dispatched at my mailing address via courier except NOC.

    I don't have why all financial banks always run behind the money ??

    why they chose Normal post for VITUAL DOCUMENTS and why they chose courier for Promotional Activities ???
