I have paid 6 months regularly. After wards i was unable to pay due mother under went two major surgeries. After wards my financial position became wrost.

Here i am reqeusting one thing, once entered into cbil is it a big crime. Does it mean swindling lot of money and enjoying. How to clear this. By borrowing money from out side & paying not possible
