Complaint against HDFC Bank Sales Representative

Hi,

This is a complaint against HDFC Bank Sales Rep - named Kannan with mobile no. +917358069548. This guy is forcing my brother to pay 10% of the loan amount received by him via HDFC Bank's personal loan. This is being asked by him for logging in and processing the loan application @ chennai in HDFC Bank. Also, this is asked to pay only after signing the loan agreement with the HDFC Bank and issuing the cheque leaves for the loan disbursement.

Although, my brother refused to pay this 10%, this guy is continuously disturbing during his business hours from different mobile numbers and Landlines. Why should he pay this amount to the bank? There is no proper response from him for this question. Simply says that the Bank Branch is asking to pay the money and insists my brother to pay this. This is a continuous disturbance from HDFC bank to my brother.

Since 10th, My brother is being forced to pay Rs. 20,000 of the 2 lac loan received. This is a real frustration to select this bank for a personal loan.

if a loan or a commission agent asks for a commission is fair enough as its his business
but if a bank employee asks for commission it is wrong as a bank employee is employed and paid by the bank

I have applied for a HDFC personal loan few days back.... I have provided all supporting and necessary documents like my last 3 months pay slip, last 6 months bank statement, landline bill & bank Statement as permanent address proof, lease agreement, PAN, & vodafone post paid bill for current residential address.

The fact is that the post paid vodafone bill has been manipulated to current residence adress in mumbai. Which was not intentional.
But the mobile no. is actually on my name and provided by the company and also the bill comes on the office adress.

So the bank person complaining that this document is forged and we will take legal action against u like we will inform ur HR for job termination or we will place a FIR in the police station and we will put your name to the RBI and u will be black listed for entire life.

But the fact is till date my loan application has not been approved.

I have not taken a single rupee from the bank.

Further i have also provided lease agreement copy for the same residence address and

My employer has also certified on the letter head that i am staying on the same address.

So on what ground a legal action will be convicted against me??
