Last month(Sep-2011) I registered PL request through online, in that time they asked lots of queries and I filled all the fields sincerly. After the completion, they will displayed one message "our executive will contact you". After 2 days I got a call from one executive, she directly said, "ur request rejected because, ur sal <20K. I really surprised, bcoz in website and advt HDFC clearly mentionedPL eligible >15k sal. I politly inquired abt the rejectio. She told, ur employer is not in our list, but I clearly selected my employer from ur website dropdown menu. can u pls explain me or clear my doubt why u rejected my PL request and, if the constraints is correct PLS clearly mention the salary limit in ur Website.
