Hi,

I have taken a personal loan of Rs. 1 Lakh and its been three years i have been paying off in time but this two months i was not able to pay because of some financial conditions. I have been getting collections calls every now and than harassing. I told them about settlement but they are not ready to listen. I have been paying off my debts in time but financial crises can come to anyone and even i don't want a to be a defaulter but still i am unable to pay and also i am sick and tried of the collections calls. So, please help me in this which will be highly appreciated.
