I got a personal loan from FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT CO. LTD.vide A/C No.060915200000280 and failed to continue my last 7 EMI out of 36 due to my physical illness. As a modern weapon of financial grantor they lodged my name in CIBIL as 'WRITTEN OFF' without giving any intimation. I notice it on June'11 & paid my entire outstanding on 6th July but till Sept'11 my CIBIL report is un-changed. CIBIL is informing that they cann't modify any report without receiving intimation from said member i,e Financial grantor & my said financial grantor is informing over telephone that it is a auto-generated online system so nothing to be informed to CIBIL as Hard-copy. Under this circumstance, my every loan approval are being rejected which is totally un-justified. As a prop. of SSI unit, how it can be continued ! Please suggest.
