I need your help badly. I have taken 2 personal loans for HDFC and I have never default on that until last month (September 2011) and that's because I changed my Job and I get my salary on the 10th of every month and my EMI date is 7th of every month. I paid a late fee of 1000/-(round-off amount), but cannot pay this every month.

I sent a mail to "Talktous@hdfcbank.com" (HDFC department) regarding change of loan dates and I got a auto response with a ticket number, which is "HBL=013-020-952" saying that some one will get back to me on this, but today it has been more than 15 days and there is no one getting back to me.

I called up the phone banking division and they said that the personal load EMI date cannot be changed and I will get the same answer if I visit the Loan retail division.

Now, if this cannot be changed, then I would end of paying 1000/- every month which would be somewhere around 13000/-. If you can fix a date then it can be changed as well. It is not something jard and fast.

So, sir please help me with this.
