HSBC collection department is harrasing me daily by there calls.

I asked them to reschedule my personal loan. So Akash & Ravi from HSBC Mumbai was working me for the formalities to be done to reschedule my loan. As per the communication with them I will not pay any EMI before reschduling. These guys took 3 months for the same & still rescheduling is not been done. And now my case is in black & collection people are harrasing me.

Pankaj (9873185249) from collection department delhi is calling me and using abusive langauge. I asked him to be polite but he was not listening. He tole me that its not my BIRTH RIGHT to get rescheduling done. He was shouting like anything.

I also told him that ICICI bank people are supportive but you are not, so he said ICICI bank is like Sarojni Nagar market & HSBC is like showroom.

He was very rude on me & threatning me.

Please take a legal action on these people.

You should know your right
and also call the lawyer incase if needed they just cannot harras you as per RBI guidlines .I am giving you this sugestion because i have also been to this situation .Also please contact Mr ChandraMouli at 09444484192.

If the recovery agents are harassing then, you can take the help of Police Deptt. For any help on Bank level pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Bank and keep a copy of that letter with you. Wait for the response for 15-20 days and revert back soon after getting any response from the bank's side. The address is:

I had a personal loan in the year 2007 from icici for 50,000 and i had paid some 3 emis and the i stopped paying emis due to my family issues,so the after a year or so those recovery agents came to my house and started harrasing me and my salary account was blocked by icici, so i went to the branch where they had called me and finnaly we came for a final settle ment of 30,000 and since my 24 k salary was already taken by the icici i paid the remaining 16,000 cash and i got a note and a reciept of the settlement.now after 8 months the icici has again blocked my account and when i call them they say that i have a outstanding loan on my account,The mistake what i did was like this the reciept which was given for me of the cash has my Loan number on it and the settlment note which i have has my name and a different loan number on it.and when i call the icici and says this they are not ready to listen and ask me to go the branch and when i go the branch the people make me wait for almost 6 hours and then tell that the manager is not avialbale.andi have not got my salary as they have already taken that,please help me what should i do and whom should i contact as i have not got my salary i cannot afford being alive now aas i have many commitments,

Dear Sir,

To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Axis Bank, as soon as possible and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman. Send a written complaint at following address and revert back soon after getting any response from there.

Dear Sir/Madam

I was taken the personal loan from HSBC bank and repaid on 7/10/2009.The EMI for the same loan deducts from my SB on 10 th of every month.But during the repaying this loan the bank has taken five days interest on the same amount as i had done the cheque payment.But the cheque cleared in one day,so the interest taken by bank shuold return to me.
Secondly bank can take the interest for five days,then bank should give the interest on the deducted EMI for fifteen days as this amount will get to me after 15 days.
But there is no clearance from bank.

It will be a great pleasure if you will help me on the same matter.

I had taken a Barlacy personal loan from last 2 years, and continously paying every EMI without any failure,

In the Sept Month done the payment through one collection Agency and i have the recepit for the same.

inspite of that this barclay loan collection department continoulsy calling me and asking for not done the payment from last 2 months.

the Most Mental harsement things is i got a legal notice saying not done the payment from last 2 months. but i have dont all months pay and i have recept for the same also.

I am on sever mental pressure for this.and want to go for consumer court .

Please help me how shouls i proceed for the same

I have receiving harrasing call from HSBC bank agent everyday.

I dont have any pending payments on my HSBC bank credit card and also called there call center to close the card. However, after some time their bank executive calls me everyday asking for payment. I clearly told him that i have not used the credit card and i am not going to pay any amount. Probably, even after i called their call center and asked to close my accout they levied some yearly charges on my account and started building the balance. I have reiterated it several times with them. But, still i getting this calls which is very disturbing and they try to threaten that i will be listed in banks blacklist and will not receive any loans in future.

I would like to know whether there is place where i can lodge a complaint againts these people and stop them calling me on a daily basis.

I am holding HSBC credit card and i used to pay my minimum amount through collection agents called sai seva in basawangudi, bangalore. The collector has cheated me by taking Rs. 2000 from me and writing only 1000 in the pink slip. He has overwritten the amount of Rs. 2000 in the white receipt and took my signature.

Initially the collector has acepted that he has taken my 1000 rs. But when the bank people came to know about these, he started saying that he has not done this.

I met the collection department manager and we discussed completely. The manager says that he agrees with me but he also not taking any action against him. Pls. guide me to whom i should contact.

I had taken a shop on rent in Odeon mall from Runwal Builders and had given them a deposit of Rs. 50,000/-.
They had given me a free rent period of 2 months and after which the agreement was to be executed. I had to shut down my shop with that free rent period as the mall was not doing well. It has been more than 7 months thta I am following up with them for the refund of my deposit and they are not willing to do the same. Infact they have not refunded deposit amountfor the other shops also. they are saying that the investors and the Runwal group have made losses in that project so they are going to cover that by not refunding the deposit of all the people who had taken shops on rent there. mr. munish Bhalla doesn't who is the regional head there does not pick up calls of any of the guys who are calling him for the refund. infact he even threw away my counter and other stuff from the shop and gave it to someone else without even informing me. Mr. Sandeep Runwal is a very busy man and doesn't even answer any calls made to him on the board line. He is either in a meeting or having his lunch at 6.00 p.m. in the evening.

Anybody planning to take any shop on rent from Runwal Builders, PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
they are very sweet when it comes to sales and then the clients are harrassed after the sales is done.
