Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you in relation to the loan account number LPDEL00009363206. I availed the loan from ICICI bank gurgaon in 2007. The monthly instalment was being debited from my ICICI bank salary account month on month. I shifted to Kolkata in 2009 and the bank account changed due to which i defaulted in making monthly payment. Icicbank then made contact with me and my family via various sources and threatened me and my family to pay the outstanding debt. i was informed that ther total debt was Rs. 58,000.00, which includes all late fees and charges for defaulting the payment.I told the bank personels that i will not be able to pay the amount by any means and requested for a settlement amount. the bank executive offered me a settlement amount of Rs. 43.020 in respect to close the matter. i have made the total payment of Rs. 43,020.00 as advised and till date i have not received the settlement letter and NOC from the bank as committed.the bank has confirmed receipt of the said amount and i also have the payment deposit receipts with me.My family and i are still receiving threatening and harrassment calls from the bank executives claiming that they have no knowledge of the settlement and asking for money. I have visited the local icici bank and the spoken with the local collections department for Icicibank, but in vain. i request to to look into the matter and i would really appreciate if you could help me in settling the matter once and for all
