I have purchased HP Laptop from Galxy IT Concept Chembur in the Year 2007 & through them got the Bajaj Finance Approval. As i was Bachlor & not having permanent residence. As per Bajaj Finance Procedure i paid One EMI of Rs. 4006/-in advance to Galaxy IT Concept the recipt of which is with me. After that Seven EMI are successfully cleared from my Corporation Bank Account. But after clearing all loan ammount still Bajaj Finanace is showing due on my account of one month lots of time i have sent the receipt through mail also sent a fax of it to their parel branch but some how they are not agreed. On dated 26-August 2009 i spoke to Mr.Samit of Bajaj Finance from Parel Branch i expalined the whole histroy to him still he is saying its not his job to follow with the Galaxy IT Concept even i got a finance through the Galaxy IT Concept & i am not in touch with the Bajaj Finance directly.So it is now total harrshment as my Civil record is spoiled because of Bajaj Finance People. Alos when i tried to call Bajaj Finance Customer care peoples they are not receivng call then After i send a messgae to their Head Mr. Samit. Who talked to me in rude manner. i am expecting a strong action aginst them.

It is to bring to your notice that I have financed a bajaj xcd bike from your prestigious company.I had been paying all the installment till the date your office shut down the operations in Shimla.Then my cheques bounced.One of your recovery agents Mr.Ashok ,Mobile No. 98163-63192,came to me for recovery and he asked me to surrender the bike and to deposit the pending amount with penalty for which I agreed and surrendered the bike on the confirmation from recovery officer that they will return the bike by next morning.Even the same day I got the confirmation from the superior of the recovery agent named Mr.Nitin Sharma.His number is 09988885754.I called the recovery officer the next day and he said he has gone to palampur and will talk when he will come back.I waited for 4 days.Then again I called him back and he said I have reached Shimla and will come to me by next morning.Again he didnt cm and when I called him ,he said Now I will have to pay the seizure amount as it has been seized which he didnt tell me when he took the bike from me.Still I agred to pay the installments with penalty.He talked to me in a very rude n illeterate manner and threatned me of dire consequences.Then his superior called me up and used filthy language which only a goon can use.Still I was polite.
It is to be requested that I am still agreeing to pay the pending amount and request you to intervene and dothe needful.

Hi, This is Mr Andrews from Maninagar Ahmedabad. We had purchased a freeze from Sales India we had given an downpayment for the same and the rest of the amount was suppose to be deducted through EMI (Bajaj Finance). The date that we had shared at that point of time with the Bajaj Finanace Executive was 12th for every month. Now here the problem is they happen to deduct the amount on 5th only and this results to lapse in the EMI payment. We are basically working people and the salary normally happen after 7th month of every month. Can you please help us with the same in the date change of the EMI.
