Sir/Madam,

I am getting Personal loan from Fullerton India. After personal
investigation, they agreed the loan amount Rs.3130 EMI for 42 months. After
that I will sign the agreement copies and give the cheques for security
purpose.

They agreed to give the Loan cheque within one week. But I am getting
cheque after 20 days of signing agreement period. In that cheque, the amount
of Rs.82,975 was mentioned. They didn’t communicate about the Insurance
amount. Totally Rs.6025 was deducted my loan amount of Rs.89000 due to
Document charges & Insurance amount.

They told me, you will be receiving Welcome Call & Welcome Kit for the
particulars of loan details. But I am receiving Welcome call alone and they
intimate EMI amount of is Rs.3521 and tenure is 48 months. After that I
contacted through phones and direct visit to branch, there is no response
from the executive. The manager (Mr.Thirumurugan) told me, they communicate
wrong tenure and loan amount but he told it will not be reversed.

Till now I didn’t get welcome letter, I am received one letter for
“Welcome to the Fullterton India Prvilege Program”, it doesn’t contains loan
details.

I am getting bad experience in my life time. I couldn’t pay this much of
monthly installment of Rs.3521 for 48 months. They are cheated me . Please
take the necessary action and confirm the EMI amount of Rs.3130 and change
the period of 42 mts.
