My Seld Ashok From Ahmadabad i have taken the PL loan in last year 2010 Bank HDFC (My salaried account in the same) around 2 lack rupees and 36 EMIs i have paid the 8-9 Regular EMIs after that i have lost my JOB and my company has closed after that i have not able to paid the EMIs reguler and now 3-4 EMIs due and rest of emi remaing same recently i have got Notice from advocat and now account also not maintaning and not closed also, i have no JOB currently thats why i was not able to pay the EMIs can you let me know what bank will do againt me and what bank will take the action againt on me please suggest

and similer i have taken the same bank Two wheeler loan and its paid regulerly (from my friend) and its hamper the my two wheeler loan due amount PL loan
